Terms and Service Policy at DataOnline
DataOnline Co., Ltd. commits to fulfilling all agreements signed with customers and delivering the best possible services within operational capabilities. Customers are entitled to benefits stated in contracts, service agreements, and related promotions.
Due to the nature of Internet-based services — involving multiple partners, providers, hardware systems, software platforms, and user-generated content — customers acknowledge and agree to comply with the following Terms of Use when using our services.
1. Service Description
Through services provided by DataOnline, customers may access a wide range of products and solutions, including but not limited to:

Domain registration services

Web hosting services
-
Email services
-
Communication tools
-
Search services
-
Website design services
-
E-commerce system development
-
CRM and enterprise management systems
(collectively referred to as the “Services”).
Services may be accessed via various communication methods or devices, including but not limited to the World Wide Web and other wired or wireless technologies.
Customers acknowledge that the Services may include administrative communications such as:

Service announcements

System notifications
-
DataOnline newsletters
These communications are considered an integral part of service usage and cannot be opted out.
Services are provided on an “AS IS” basis. DataOnline shall not be responsible for delays, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store customer communications or personalized settings.
Customers are responsible for:

Obtaining Internet access (including third-party fees if applicable)

Providing necessary equipment to access the Services.
2. Service Accounts and Information Usage
After registration, customers will receive an account and password.
Customers are responsible for:

Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials

All activities conducted under their account
-
Immediately notifying DataOnline of unauthorized access or security breaches
-
Logging out after each session
DataOnline is not liable for losses resulting from failure to comply with these responsibilities.
DataOnline commits to maintaining service stability and coordinating with customers to resolve incidents as quickly as possible. Refunds may be issued if services cannot be delivered or partially refunded during downtime not caused by customers.
3. Domain Names and Personal Information Management
DataOnline ensures lawful ownership and usage rights of domain holders during the valid registration period.
Key principles:

Domains remain valid only when renewal fees are paid on time.

Expired domains may be reassigned to other parties.

DataOnline is not responsible for domain loss due to late or unpaid renewal.

Renewal is processed after full payment and completed within two business days.

Customers are responsible for managing domain usage.
Domain transfer requirements include:

Domain registered for at least 30 days or having more than 30 days remaining validity
-
Completion of contract settlement and outstanding payments (if any)
Domain transfers will not be processed while disputes exist.
Domain cancellation is only accepted when:

The domain registration fee has not been paid, or
-
Payment was made but registration has not yet been processed (transfer fees may apply).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information; incorrect information may affect domain-related communications.
4. Personal Data Retention
Customer personal information is stored indefinitely and will be removed upon:

Customer request, or
-
Legal authority requirements.
Customers may manage personal information through the client portal:
Data storage is used to verify customer identity and service ownership (e.g., login email information).
5. Suspension and Termination of Services
DataOnline reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund in cases including but not limited to:

Violations of Vietnamese law
-
Harmful activities involving minors
-
Hosting or distributing illegal, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or prohibited content

Intellectual property infringement
-
Uploading malware, viruses, or disruptive software
-
Fraudulent or unauthorized activities
-
Attacking servers or negatively impacting other providers
-
Impersonation of individuals or organizations
-
Excessive resource usage beyond service limits (shared hosting, email hosting, etc.)
-
Hosting pirated or unlicensed games/software
-
Violations of anti-spam regulations under Decree No. 91/2020/NĐ-CP.
6. General Provisions
The relationship between customers and DataOnline shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam.
